Cancellation & Refund Policy

SUBRAMANI SATHEESH KUMAR believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if requested immediately after placing the order; however, requests may not be entertained if orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants, and they have initiated shipping.
- SUBRAMANI SATHEESH KUMAR does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables; however, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the delivered product's quality is unsatisfactory.
- If damaged or defective items are received, report to Customer Service within 2 days of receipt; requests will be entertained only after the merchant has verified the issue.
- If the received product does not match what was shown on the site or your expectations, notify Customer Service within 2 days of receipt, and they will review your complaint to make an appropriate decision.
- For complaints regarding products with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- For any refunds approved by SUBRAMANI SATHEESH KUMAR, the processing time is 6-8 days for the refund to reach the customer.
